Step 1 – Beginner’s Classes (On Ramp Program)

First of all come to our facility and give it a free trial, take a tour, check out our awesome equipment and our beautiful location (4,000 sq.ft, with outdoors workout area, olympic weightlifting room and a tremendous backyard), meet the coaches and everything that CrossFit InfluX has to offer. Once you’ve decided to take the next step and join our CrossFit family, the next step is to enroll in our On Ramp Program.

This program is designed to familiarize you with the equipment and movements in our CrossFit workouts, while gradually integrate you to the intensity of our workouts.

The On Ramp Program run every day at any class. Please let us know if our On Ramp Program don’t fit your schedule to discuss other options. These classes are the first four weeks of your membership.

Step 2 – CrossFit Group Classes

Once you have completed the four weeks of the On Ramp Program, you will have access to all of our group classes. At CrossFit InfluX, we do different types of memberships. If at any time you need to change your membership, just let us know so we can adjust it for you. If you need to cancel your membership please give us a 30 day notice.
